Exposure to Technology:

I have had the pleasure of working, from a business productivity perspective, on technological requirements of many organizations (large such as www.stc.com.sa, medium such as www.obeikan.com.sa & small such as www.bwc.com.sa) in Saudi Arabia.
The technologies I'm aware of knowledge-wise; i.e. the technologies I encountered, was exposed to, and in some cases analyzed as a consultant & studied the requirements for:

  • ERPs (Enterprise Resources Planning Systems that connect all departments in any organization in one computerized web-based system and automate all transactions to create a paperless environment).
  • Localized HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) which fulfill the Gulf requirements (Arabic, Hijri Calendar, User-friendliness, Residence Permits, etc.) & Int'l Best Business Practices.
  • www.brainbench.com HR e-Assessments Trainer
  • Crystal Reports (Formerly Seagate Info)
  • BI (Business Intelligence systems which help decision makers get statistical reports, Cube Designing, budgeting, organizational performance management tools, etc.
  • CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Software modules: Sales & Marketing and Technical Support)
  • Security Solutions (Symantec)
  • Hand Held Terminals (Symbol Devices)
  • Van Sales Solutions (includes Route Accounting, exchanging products between vans, etc.)
  • Vehicle Tracking Solutions using GIS e-maps, GPS and Satellite communications (vehicle location, speed, trail track, temperature sensor, remote lock or engine control, etc.), ESRI, etc.
  • Fleet Management Solutions (Idle time Calculation, Fuel consumption, etc.)
  • Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) ( E.g. Retail Management System, ERPs, CRM)
  • Microsoft Learning Solutions (Marketing Certification Courses offered in our training center)
